  The workers at the Charlotte Russe (CR), Tuscaloosa, AL, University Mall location have very bad attitudes and give very poor service. They lie to customers by telling them that the store closes at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday's, which is clearly not true if the gates aren't even shut; and the hours online clearly reflect that they are not supposed to be closing until 6 p.m. They also have this lady named Shelia who attempts to intimidate customers by standing at the entrance like a security guard with a stick shooing them away and telling us as customers that we can not enter the store. If they are that miserable working at CR, FIND ANOTHER CAREER. A customer service job is obviously NOT for you. Shelia, is one disgusting human being that needs prayer. I really hope corporate steps in because those workers are tarnishing the reputation of Charlotte Russe. I love CR, but I would advise any and everyone I know and don't know not to shop at that particular location. They are simply rude.

  Cheap trendy clothes some are made well and some not so much but by time it wears out it'll be out of style anyways. Also they have very cute accessories to match whatever you find in the store. Their shoes are very cute but not always the most comfortable. But then again you get what you pay for.
