  I went into the Tuscaloosa store looking for a couch and recliner for our condo and was immediately greeted by Product Specialist Brandon. He went out of his way to show me several different sets even moving furniture to help me decide. When I decided he went to the manager Chris and got me the price I requested along with a delivery date that met our needs. I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff in this store and will return if I need any more furniture! Great Customer Service!! Highly recommended!!

  Melissa really made my furniture buying experience a pleasure. I had been shopping for a week or so trying to find the furniture I wanted at a reasonable price. She helped me find the exactly the furniture I was looking for and was able to give me a price that was better than any other I had found. Very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend Melissa at Ashley furniture enough. I will be sending everyone I know her way because I know she'll take good care of them as well.
