- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 07, 2019, by Laura ClemonsI called about 3 hours prior to my appointment on a Thursday to reschedule an inspection because a meeting had run over and it was clear I couldn't make it home in time. They were very nice and rescheduled me for Saturday. When I arrived home Thursday, there was a note on my door that I had "missed" my appointment and someone needed to complete the interior portion. Saturday no one ever showed and no one answered the phone at the office so I left a message. No one returned my call on M, Tu or We- so I called back on Thursday. Again the woman was very nice and apologetic and set another Saturday appointment. Same situation again! No show, I left a message and no returned call!!! Two Saturday mornings wasted waiting around for an inspector that never arrives with no way to reach anyone. That's completely unacceptable.
